About John Cranston

John Cranston was born in Palm Springs, California, where his interest in Real Estate sparked. John’s grandfather and his company owned and operated Real Estate Resort Developments in and around the Palm Springs area, as well as all over the country.

John moved to Dallas, Texas, where he grew up. He then went on to attend and graduate from one of the top business schools in the country, the Sam Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership.

While in college, John became very interested in the music industry and began working for some different publications, as well as working PR for brands and artists. After college, he dove deeper into the music industry when he began working for an artist management company where he managed his own internationally touring acts.

After being involved in the music industry John garnished many areas of expertise such as marketing, branding, communications, and contract law. John quickly realized how those skills could be used in business with his first love, real estate. Through his experience in the music industry, he knows the importance of creating and continuing relationships. John has developed genuine friendships with people from all over the world. He possesses that tremendous gift of being able to relate with anyone from anywhere on any level.

Living in Dallas most all his life, though travelled much, John loves Dallas and all the things the DFW area has to offer. John feels truly blessed that he has found his career in real estate, which provides him with the opportunity to be fully engulfed in the metroplex.
